Horizon Offsite has been awarded the contract for the design, manufacture and build of a substantial 550-bed student accommodation development on the former O’Riordan’s Joinery site on the Bandon Road in Cork City, under main contractor Clancy Construction.
This project, when complete, will consist of 550 bed-spaces in 81 apartments across five blocks of accommodation, ranging from four to seven storeys in height.
The development is located near the junction of Glasheen Road and Bandon Road, with partial views over the nearby Lough amenity walk and green area.
